Arturo began practicing HEMA in Tijuana in 2017 with the Meyer German longsword, then during the pandemic he began studying Charles Roworth's British military saber. He has participated in tournaments both in Mexico and in the USA since 2029. He founded Axolotes Fencing Club in January 2023. He is currently developing LCG based on sword combat.
