Henry has been involved in Martial Arts for over 30 years. Has been a instructor for over 20. Has studied kendo, classical saber, as well as Meyer Dussack. His focus now is on the various martial arts of Africa . Which include Nguni ( Zulu combat) the reconstruction of Egyptian warfare.
