Mitchell Allen is a seasoned practitioner and instructor in the realm of Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA), with a journey that began around 2012 in Salt Lake City with the United Clans Swordsmen's Association (UCSA). Since then, he has honed his skills through extensive training with renowned institutions such as The Noble Science Academy in Reno and currently with the Lonin League in Seattle.

Mitchell's expertise is deeply rooted in the study of Fiore de Liberi and the I-33 treatises, although his early years also saw a significant focus on various KDF (Kunst des Fechtens) sources. At the Lonin League, Mitchell actively coaches in both the KDF and Fiore programs, sharing his in-depth knowledge and passion with students.
