Bill (Frisbee) has been involved in HEMA for the past 15 years and instructing for the last 13. He has been a participant and instructor in many events nationwide, hosted his own events and been a judge at many other events nationally.
 
Bill started HEMA with an early KdF school near the Boston area, and quickly became an assistant instructor. A few years and a move later, Bill opened New Hampshire KdF and became one of the largest schools in the area. Bill training and coaching focus on Lichtenauer's Art, both in and out of armour (Blossfechten and Harnischfechten), utilizing the longsword, dagger and ringen. He has also taught many classes on what fighting in armour is, utilizing the sword, spear, dagger and poleaxe. Bill's current school is on Big Island in Hawaii and is slowly introducing the Islands to HEMA, armour and fighting from horseback.
